Everyone has their own way of making a good grilled cheese, but I must admit, my boyfriend is a MASTER at grilled cheese.  One of the best he’s ever made was his latest creation made entirely of Trader Joe (our hero)’s products:

– Extra Sharp White Cheddar
– Texas Toast
– Classic Sliced Dry Rubbed Bacon *uncured
– organic tomato, (1) thin slice
