Butterless Brownie Bites

Ingredients: 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs optional: walnut pieces, chocolate/peanut butter chips, etc. 1.
